A website generally allows an individual (personal/family site) to share photo's or blogs with family and friends, or a business to provide their products or services to the general public, on a wider market scope, other than just on a brick-and-mortar basis.

 What do you expect to gain from  web exposure?

Name Recognition 

When choosing a website name (domain name), choose one that your current/ potential customers will recognize. A domain name is required to have a website published to the www.

Hosting 

Choose a web hosting company. A hosting company is required to allow your new website to be published. Don't have a hosting provider, check out our great hosting plans. 

Maintenance / Updates

How will you maintain and update your website? While website maintenance is not required, it is highly recommended for clients that have limited or no knowledge of html. Your website will require an update if you add new products, have an event calendar on your website or require any changes or additions to your site. We offer several maintenance plans.

Template Based Budget Design

We offer two web design options, our budget design and custom design. There are two difference between the two. The budget design option consists of a professionally design web template. This option is limited in customization. It is generally limited in color scheme, number of pages, links, image placement and layout. A custom design is only limited by the clients requirements and imagination of features. A typical template design usually consists of:

Five (5) web pages including:

• Home Page - This is generally the landing page of the website. It usually contains a description of the product or service that you offer or specials .

• About Us - Experience, biography, personnel and company information

• Contact Us - Contact information including telephone, business hours, e-mail contact and possibly a map to your business

• Products and Services - The description of the products or service that you offer for sell.

• Contact Form - The contact form allows your customer or potential customer to request information, make an appointment or any other type field you may require. All though a web form can contain any number of fields or query type information, a web form in a budget design is limited to one (1) form, and up to 20 fields.

Web Page Substitutions 

The budget design templates do not allow for free page substitutions. This basically means that if you choose a template that is geared towards a business that is not related to your business, and you want a basic page type changed (ie: a menu type page for a product page), this will incur an additional charge. The original page will be discarded, and will not result in an additional page to the existing website.

Custom Design

A custom design is a high-end website, which may include custom color schemes, data-base driven, shopping cart enabled, merchant account ASI, and is fully customized in every way. Since a custom web development is intensive, the cost can be considerable. Request a custom quote.

Website Maintenance

While website maintenance is not required, it is recommended. At one point or another, depending on your websites intended purpose, you will need to make text or images changes to your site. If the customer has some basic knowledge of HTML, it isn't a difficult task to makes these changes themselves. However, if you do not have basic skills with HTML, you may consider a Maintenance Contract. These contracts will very in costs and inclusions of service. We will instruct our client on some basic knowledge, to allow them to make these changes themselves. If our client chooses to maintain their own site, we will recommend some HTML editors to assist them.

Website Promotion

As with all businesses, your site has to be promoted through advertisement. We offer search engine optimization. The best way to achieve that, is to place it in the "WWW Directory". Major search engines such as Yahoo and Google, can help you get traffic to your site. Even though they do not guarantee site traffic, or guaranteed placement in their search results, they are a good way of advertising your website. With every custom website that we design, we will include an initial website submission to Yahoo, Google and other search engines, at no extra cost. This initial site submission is NOT a continued service that will be provided at no cost. We will be happy to provide you with a quote for promotion and submission of your website.
